Wait if you can, but don't expect half price. Last year it stayed far above the smaller AF300UK's cut. If you only cook for one or two, the cheaper picks below fell further.
The cheaper picks: what they really did
The percentages are real Black Friday 2025 cuts, as reported that week. The right column is our 2026 forecast.

Questions people ask
How much was the Ninja AF400UK cut last Black Friday?
About a quarter, reported on 24 November 2025. The smaller AF300UK fell twice as far.
Is 9.5 litres too big for two people?
Usually. Reviewers saw it as a family fryer that needs real counter space; couples rarely fill both drawers.
Is the Ninja AF400UK heavy?
Yes, about 8.8 kg on the maker's figures. Plan a permanent spot rather than moving it in and out of a cupboard.
How we reached this

We haven't tested these products ourselves. Our picks weigh independent expert reviews against each maker's published specs and the prices we checked. Opinions are ours; facts link to where they come from. How we choose.
