Yes. Stores want the space for the C6, and last year's cut was already deep. Buy early only if it's near half its launch price.

Questions people ask
How big was the LG C5's Black Friday cut last year?
The one UK deal we found needed a voucher code, so we show the US figure: about 48% off the 65-inch at Best Buy on 21 November 2025.
Is the C5 still worth it now the C6 is out?
If the gap is big, yes. One German review rates its picture close to LG's top OLEDs. The C6 mostly adds brightness and faster PC gaming.
LG C5 or Samsung S90F?
Both are excellent OLEDs. The C5 supports Dolby Vision; the S90F is brighter in HDR but skips Dolby Vision. Last year they fell by almost the same share.
How we reached this
Last year's cuts are the ones named outlets reported during Black Friday week 2025, against the regular price they quoted. The forecast is our reading of each model's age, its successors and last year's cuts. We never show prices. Where no outlet reported a cut in this country, we show the same model's cut reported in another country, marked with that country.
We haven't tested these products ourselves. Our picks weigh independent expert reviews against each maker's published specs and the prices we checked. Opinions are ours; facts link to where they come from. How we choose.
