Will the Echo Show 5 drop on Black Friday 2026?
It fell hard last year. A three-year-old screen should fall hard again.

Close to 40% off, reported on 29 November.
ForecastBlack Friday 2026
Likely a big drop
- Last year's cut was already close to 40%
- Out since June 2023 and still the current Show 5: no newer model to make way for
Should you wait for Black Friday?
Yes, wait. Last year's price was far below the usual one, and this is the same screen, a year older. If it's already near that level before the sale, it's fine to buy.

Questions people ask
How cheap did the Echo Show 5 get last Black Friday?
About 39% under its regular price, reported on 29 November 2025. The Spot and Pop fell by similar amounts that month.
Which Echo Show 5 is on sale now?
The third generation, launched in June 2023. Amazon hasn't replaced it, so it's the model you'll find in this year's sale.
Do I need the Echo Show 5's camera?
Only for video calls or for checking on a room from your phone. If not, the Echo Spot gives you a clock and a small screen without a camera.
How we reached this
Last year's cuts are the ones named outlets reported during Black Friday week 2025, against the regular price they quoted. The forecast is our reading of each model's age, its successors and last year's cuts. We never show prices.
We haven't tested these products ourselves. Our picks weigh independent expert reviews against each maker's published specs and the prices we checked. Opinions are ours; facts link to where they come from. How we choose.
